- Account information: email address, authentication identifier, display name, profile image, and account timestamps.
- Creator and community content: Gem definitions, listing titles, descriptions, tags, Likes, reviews, and moderation records.
- Transactions: Coin balance, Coin ledger, purchases, rewards, and duplicate-prevention identifiers.
- Technical and usage data: browser, device, approximate region, referring page, viewed pages, clicks, scrolls, errors, and performance information.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, saved Gems, publishing, purchases, Likes, and Coin records.
- Protect transactions, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and secure the service.
- Measure usability and improve navigation, performance, and original content.

Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand usability through interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, heatmaps, and session recordings.
Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage maintains sign-in sessions, saved Gems, language, studio settings, and one-time notices. Analytics or advertising cookies may also be used where permitted.
Advertising
Gem ASMR plans to use Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Gem ASMR or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve, measure, and protect ads.
As a result of ad serving, third parties may place and read cookies in a browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to collect information. Advertising providers process that information under their own privacy policies.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved preferences, or other service features from working.
To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email support@gemasmr.com. Include only the account information needed to locate the relevant record. Never send a password or authentication token.
